Before You Book: Space, Power & Fees
No surprises. Here is everything you need to know before you check out.
📏 Space & Setup
- Each rental lists its size (L x W x H) on its page. Measure your spot before you book.
- You need a flat area with a few extra feet of clearance on every side. Check each item's size on its page.
- Look up, too: no low branches or power lines overhead.
- Choose a flat, level spot that's clear of rocks, sticks and pet waste.
- We set up on grass with stakes. On asphalt or concrete we use sandbags instead of stakes. There's an extra charge for that, depending on how many sandbags are needed.
🔌 Power
- Setup must be within 50–75 ft of a working power outlet.
- Each blower needs its own circuit, with no other big loads on it.
- No outlet nearby? Add a generator at checkout for $100 each.
- Water slides also need a garden hose within reach of the slide.
💵 Fees & Deposit
- $50 deposit reserves your date. Full payment is due at delivery.
- 7% damage waiver is added by default. You can opt out at checkout.
- Free delivery to Madison County and Marshall County. For other areas, the delivery fee shows at checkout once you enter your address.
- Your full total shows in the cart before you pay.
🚚 Delivery & Weather
- Delivery only. We deliver, set up and pick up. Customer pickup isn't available.
- Rain policy: If weather looks bad, let us know at least 24 hours before your event. If you cancel for rain before delivery, your deposit is held as a rain check for a future date. Once your rental is delivered, full payment is due.
- We may not set up in high winds or lightning, for everyone's safety.
